Ten Northern Michigan Building Lots to Hit Auction Block Oct. 27
Traverse City, MI (PRWEB) October 11, 2007 -- Besner Auction and Realty announced the auction of 10 building lots in Interlochen and Traverse City on Saturday, October 27, according to Gwyn Besner, auctioneer.

The auction will begin at 10a.m. with a 1.47 acre building site in Birch Pointe Peninsula, a subdivision located in Grand Traverse County's Green Lake Township. "Birch Pointe is a small, newer private gated development," explained Besner. "This property is situated on a pristine peninsula off the southeast side of Green Lake near Interlochen."
At 11a.m., Besner will auction eight estate-sized building sites in Round Lake Estates, located off US 31 in Green Lake Township just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City and the Cherry Capital Airport. "This development is just west of the Interlochen Golf Course," said Besner. "Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to the state forest and the short walk to Lake Doubonnet."
The final stop for the multi-property auction caravan will be Dyer Lake in Long Lake Township. Besner is offering a wooded 1.3 acre building site with 105 feet of direct private frontage on the Southeast side of Dyer Lake. "This property is located less than a quarter mile from a public access to Bass Lake, which is a much larger inland lake, and just seven minutes from Grand Traverse Mall," Besner said. "You can have it all!"
Besner said brokers are encouraged to participate in the auction. "We are very excited to offer a generous 30 percent commission split to registered agents of winning bidders."
